China Travel Guide
Pudong is an important administrative area of Shanghai China. It is home to Lujiazui, the country's financial centre as well as the Shanghai International Airport.
Located on the west side of the Yangtze River, Pudong's world-famous skyline can be best enjoyed from the pedestrian walkway that runs along the river in Old Shanghai (The Bund).
Many visitors to the world's largest city visit an observation deck atop a Lujiazui high-rise tower. From there, one can truly appreciate the immensity of the city and the massive scale of the financial district.
The Shanghai Convention Centre and numerous museums can also be found in the Pudong District of Shanghai.
